パピルス・葦ペンの削り方、イカスミや煤、ひのき油、蜜蝋、金粉、木，粘土など、古代の自然な材料の使用法を学び、
巻き物の製本を体験しながら、ローマ時代の書斎そのものの雰囲気を体感できる講座です。

Using Latin and several hands from the Imperial Age,
learn the process of writing on papyrus and binding scrolls (volumina),
using the traditional tools and materials of the scribes: reed pens,
sepia and soot inks, Cyprus oil, bee wax, gold powder etc.
Through touch and smell enjoy a unique experience and discover
how the volumina of the tablinum and private libraries of Rome were created.
