School term dates: January 5th to April 5th, 2026

Student registration fees:

a) ¥70,000 for correspondance courses (this membership gives access to online lessons given in Japanese)

b) ¥80,000: additional registration fee for classroom access: 1 session during ech on-going term and all workshops and other events.

c) No registration fee is necessary for one correspondance course only (without online access) in this case homework and the final project can be submitted for correction 4 times within each 3-month term.

Tuition fee: ¥66,000 for each course: detailed manual in Japanese with charts and documentation included.

Each course lasts 3 months: 12 lessons, one lesson 90mn online.

Basic calligraphy tools can be purchased at the school.

Before joining the school all applicants for lessons combined with online session must take the 2-hour initiation class for beginners.

About Sunday class

A special intensive course is offered on Sunday once a month: the 12 lessons included in a term are given once a month at the rate of 3 lessons each time. The last lesson, "Lesson 12" is the submission of the final class project. This should be mailed to the school for evaluation at the end of the term or it can be submitted at the beginning of next term.
