2010 Japan Year in Turkey
Transcending borders ー The art of Brush and Pen


Thursday and Friday 18-19th of February 2010 at the Residence of the Ambassador of Turkey


The opening of Japan Year in Turkey was launched in January this year by the Ambassador of Japan to Turkey.
The MG-SCHOOL is taking part to this year-round even by representing the Latin alphabet in Turkey.
The first exhibit of Turkish texts using the Latin alphabet opened at the Residence of the Ambasador of Turkey to Japan before being shipped to the Sabanci Museum in Istanbul、
His Excellency Sermet Atacanli was very generous in lending his residence for 2 days and hosting a party for the artist-calligraphers and illuminators of the MG School.
